Game Tips

Here are some tips brought to you by the BPS: The Strike development team:

1) Most species prefer to be closer to shore and look for cover like weeds.

2) You need to make sure you are using the right line for the job. Going after the Legendary fish requires the strongest line you have.

3) Sidearm casts are perfect for accessing areas that are hard to get to hotspots for fish, like underneath docks.

4) Top water baits are good for the big strikers, like Northern Pikes.

5) Be sure to set you hook the minute that the fish strikes. If you don't, the fish will spit the lure.

6) Pay careful attention to the tension meter. If you don't allow the right amount of slack and the fish runs, your line will break.
